I typically don’t leave reviews but this business earned it. It’s a no frills operation and I was blown away by the pricing and technical skill. Fixed my MacBook and got it running like new in less than an hour. Don’t sweat the fact the business operates out of an apartment and there’s no staff to always take your call. He was very generous with his time in terms of troubleshooting the issue before I brought in the MacBook. Just leave a message and he’ll promptly fix whatever the issue is.
I had a wonderful experience with Shane. He was able to replace my hard drive on my laptop within 24 hours and get me back up and running. HIs work and service are amazing, and he even dropped it off to my house when it was finished. I would definitely recommend Shane for any computer repairs you have, and I would absolutely use his services again in the future!
Definitely the place to go to when you’re downtown as a visitor with no car and have
