These guys are great! I had an issue with my CPU fan in my omen gaming laptop and took it to MicroCenter first where they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I knew this wasn’t the case since it was running extremely hot and making a lot of noise. I took it into Alan and Will who who here and they were able to get it fixed in just a few days. It would have been quicker they just had to wait for the part to get in. They even cleaned my screen and keyboard after replacing BOTH fans at no additional cost. Great knowledge on computers and even better customer service! Keep up the great work guys!

If you have older equipment (or new for that matter) that needs to be fixed A-HI is the place to go. Alan is extremely knowledgable, honest, very thorough and friendly. I brought my 20+ year old Harman Kardon receiver that I purchased in high school to Alan as I figured it was in good hands after reading reviews. He told me upfront that equipment that old may or may not be able to be fixed. I had no doubt that if anyone could fix my receiver it would be him and he did just that. I will be bringing all of my electronics to him for repair from here on.

I took my early 70’s Sansui SR-626 direct drive turntable in for repair, the staff was highly knowledgeable and got my turntable in and out of the shop with a relatively fast turnaround. I realized a couple months later my stylus was getting worn out after 50+ years and I replaced that on the spot! They’ll really go the extra mile for your vintage gear and there’s not many mom and pop electronics stores left servicing this quality stuff anymore, so grateful for their help.
