A couple months ago, my daughter shattered my screen on my brand new s23 ultra (shame on me for not purchasing insurance.) I had heard how expensive it is to have that particular screen replaced, so I put it off. Out of nowhere, green lines showed up on my screen and half of it went black. CPR was highly recommended to me by a close friend and thankfully was one of the only shops open on a Saturday. I walked in and the gentleman was very up-front with me about the cost. I was expecting to not have my phone for the rest of the weekend, but they actually had the parts in stock and quoted my repair time at 2 hours. After an hour and a half, I got the call that it was ready for pick up. Very fast, friendly, and efficient service. My wallet may now be empty but my screen is good as new!!!

Dakota was amazing! We came into the store stressed about a cracked screen after a less than ideal interaction at the V*****n store (iykyk). Not only was the store very comfortable, but the staff was obviously geared toward service rather than commission. My screen was replaced in under 30 minutes (with a new screen protector- lifetime warranty). While I was there, I heard another employee offer unpaid fair advice to another customer when the repair would not have been in the customer’s interest. These people are authentic, and treated me like a person. 10 stars if they allowed it.

My 5 year old phone had a shattered screen.
I went to them in the morning. They had some newer used phones far less than new price. They also happen to have a used (good) screen for my old phone.
They transfered all data. Apps and pictures to a new phone, installed the used screen just in case I needed to see something on my old phone.
Purchasing their used phone, used screen and all labor and data transfer was about 1/2 price of what a new comparable phone cost.
Plus it was all done before the end of the day.
Greater service and prices. Highly recommend them.
