I bring my ipad in Friday. They said they will try to get the part in Saturday. I try to texted and called them again but got no reply. Came back there Sunday and they said the part would be in Monday and it would be ready Monday. Came back Monday to heard that the part would arrive at 7pm so I can pick up my ipad on Tuesday after 5pm. I called on Tuesday to see if it ready because I don’t want to spend another trip there and learned that they ordered the right part but it doesn’t “fit” my ipad. HOW IS IT RIGHT IF IT NOT FIT? They said they will order the part on Wednesday and it’ll arrive on Thursday. I asked why can’t they order it now so it can arrive tmr (Wednesday) and I can get my ipad back. They said if they only order my part they will lose PROFIT. It is their fault in the first place when ordering the wrong part not mine. They said I can take my ipad elsewhere after nearly a week holding onto it. Call in Thursday to learn that my ipad still not ready until Friday. Throughout the week, they do not make any effort to communicate with me. No text or call at all. Got a text on Friday saying that my ipad is not ready until Saturday and they offer me $20 off which I can make in an hour. They wasted my whole week. Called them again Saturday before pick up and they said the technician had emergency so he couldn’t fix my ipad. Called again Sunday and they said my ipad will be ready on Monday. I can finally got my ipad on Monday. With the amount the I spend and the service I got, I would give ZERO star if I can. On Monday, they informed me that the button would be black instead of blue. Should you let me know that before order it so I can go somewhere else? After receiving it, the button is still shorted.

Brought my phone in to fix a cracked screen, and they were very polite and fixed it. Ever since then, I have had issue after issue with my phone. The microphone would not work, so they “fixed” it, did not fix the issue. Ended up taking it to the apple store and got it fixed there, which is what I should have done in the first place. Then my camera would not work for months, and now my phone has been shutting off at random times and resetting, I cannot even use it. Phone worked just fine until I brought it here, I don’t know what they did to it, and I wanted to have full faith in them because they had great customer service, but I am beyond upset about this.

The team here is excellent, friendly, and timely! They fixed my 3ds that wouldn’t turn on immediately and free of charge. They work on all types of electronics and are the best in the business.
