The guy working Saturday was pretty rude. Verizon had scheduled me an appointment for that morning for phone issues and to have it fixed under warranty here. I drove all the way from the south side to the appointment and the guy appeared to be working alone. Literally I walked in and nobody was there and it took him like 2mins to even come up front. Before even asking me what was going on with my device he had clearly already made up his mind that he wasn’t going to help me, because he immediately started saying how understaffed they were and how many repairs they already had that day. He wasn’t concerned with helping me that day (or any) by the way he was acting. Turns out the issue with my phone had a simple temporary solution at least and had the person done their job I probably would have known a day sooner that my phone was still usable. Now I had to buy a replacement phone that’s on the way and turns out I didn’t even need it. Hire people who actually enjoy helping their customers resolve their device issues.

First time getting a broken phone screen replaced at a place like this, as most of my quotes from similar businesses had costed as much as just replacing the phone. I was really impressed. The repair was done in under two hours, with OEM parts, and for about the same price as if I had bought the carrier protection plan. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and (most impressively) patient and not patronizing to the older couple he was simultaneously supporting during my device check-in. Great experience for me, and somewhere I feel comfortable recommending to friends and family that aren’t as tech savy, having seen how those other customers were treated. I will definitely be back if another family device breaks!

These guys have been incredible! Brought a couple Backwards compatible PS3’s in. Both had their issues. One had an hdmi port that was bad and the other’s disc drive was bad.

Ty was able to save me a bunch of money and was able to move parts from one ps3 to another in order to get one of the two working, which is really all I needed! Great work!

The rest of the staff was also great. Would recommend them to anyone any day.
