Brought my phone in to get the charging port replaced. The guy who helped was nice and quick with my repair. Once he got it done he was honest with me and said he cracked the back of the my phone from not heating up the adhesive fully. He said he can order me another back piece and get it replaced for $25 dollars.
I appreciated the honesty with telling me about the mistake. But I’m kind upset having to pay an additional $25 to get my phone fixed for something I didn’t break.
I have gone here over and over again with some easy and some difficult fixes and often times without charging me fees whether they can fix or not (like when my son’s Switch got fried). At this point, I feel like I’m taking advantage of them! They are so kind, honest, helpful, patient and explain all of my options. And they’re fast, too! This will always be my go to for any repairs.
My phone would not charge, and the guy at CPR Cell Phone Repair fixed it in five minutes! He said the charging port just needed to be cleaned, and he did it for no cost. My phone now works like new again. If I ever break my phone, and it needs serious repairs, I will take it to this guy. Made my day!
