I went in to purchase a receiver, specifically a Denon Brand for my audio system. That place is not set up for business. And don’t tell me it’s for being short staffed! Standing around talking about the weekend in groups of 2 or 3 instead of filling empty display areas and straightening up the store is just theft when you are getting paid. It’s a disservice to the company and customers. Shame on management for allowing this culture to manifest and thrive! As you can see, plenty of receivers for display fill sitting in boxes, and plenty of empty display spaces.

I went to Best Buy to have my computer repaired just for them to not work on it for 4 days then hold it for another 3 and not tell me anything and it was impossible to reach the local store and when my computer was finally done I didn’t get a call or a text I had to check the website and when I finally got there they tell me nothings wrong with it so I go home and not even 5 minutes into using it it’s already having the same issue So I call the local store 4 times and different times of day for no answer

Best Buy is like being at a car dealership if you don’t know what you’re talking about you will feel prayed on and told what you needed by the sales associates. Sales associate dismissed the brand we wanted and our concerns with it and immediately told us what we should buy, and then show us laptops way out of our budget to make his commission. We completed the sale with a different associate and he was wonderful.
