Dropped my phone and shattered the screen in July of 2023, got it fixed somewhere else for more money, and that one broke again on the first drop which was from like one foot off the bed, got it fixed again here for less money than the first screen costed and was told it would hold up better and a better deal overall. I’ve dropped it a few times in the months since August of last year when CPR fixed it for less than the other place and it’s just fine.
They do it right and fast and the replacement screens last.
Cannot express enough, how personable and accommodating the customer service and detailed communication satisfaction has been with CPR Cell Phone Repair. As a mom on go, while repairs were being made, travel time and logistics can always be an issue when something unexpected pops up. Communications in transit to Chicago, Madison , Dubuque maintained all private integrity, as well nationwide. If google had 10 Stars, CPR gets all 10,
This place and the repair guys are top notch!! Highly recommend – professional, expertise knowledge, help us older people w tech problems. We thought we’d need to purchase new cells – someone suggested we go to CPR, b/c Celluar store didn’t know how to fix it. CPR tech knew exactly what button was accidentally pushed which resulted in blurry screen and text messages!! Super happy and satisfied with the CPR in Dubuque!!
