0 out of 10, I would not recommend. I was visiting Harlem briefly with a family member and saw a cellular repair place nearby. (I’m not from the area) I decided to walk in and inquire about fixing the screen of my iPhone 14 Pro Max.. I already had a repair set up but was in the market for the best price so I spoke with the gentleman whom referred to himself as the owner. He gave me a price I kindly declined but he was very persistent advising my original repair appointment was gonna sell me a fake and offered a better price so I reluctantly agreed.. very bad decision. The repair man was unable to fix the screen and they handed me back my phone in worse condition than I originally had it, the screen was no longer working or even placed back on properly. When I requested to have my phone back in the condition I handed it to them the owner argued with me and called me a problem. I’ve decided to seek legal counsel and handle the matter professionally. I highly don’t recommend using their services. The owner will also demand a 5 star review if he feels the service was done to his liking. I left his place of business disappointed with my google still open on his business page where he gave himself 5 stars. Thankfully I told him I’d write my own review.

The guy that was works in this store is professional, my phone was broken so bad and he fixed it immediately with a good price and now like I’m having a brand new phone , just wanna share this so everyone else get the advantage
