Seems that an increasing number of shops are refusing to repair broken iPhones, but not true here!
I called The Tech Team with a cracked back glass on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and they were happy to assist. They ordered the part which was in the next day, I dropped off the phone, and an hour later it looked as good as new.
