I was trying to purchase car holder for IPhone. The sales lady who is greeting the customers wasn’t really pleasant when I said I would like to purchase through them without placing an online order which I did. I was waiting for my order. The other person ensure me the order is still processing without even looking that is says availability on Tuesday June 25th. So I randomly call another person to check my order and he says it will be available on Tuesday and today is Friday. He is checking the item available and it’s available. So this guy is sending me to the same sales lady that greets customers. I am explaining her whole situation and she is telling me to have a seat. And never sent anyone toward me. So I spent 45 min of my time for nothing. Very unprofessional experience I received in New Heaven Apple Store today.

I give them one star because that’s the lowest I can give them. Is there a no stars option? I wasted one hour of my day for them to tell me that my trade in needed to be charged to be checked, and then when I renounced the trade in option because I could not wait and the phone I wanted to get was a gift, it couldn’t be done….had to be activated…NO GIFT OPTION…the help was USELESS…I explained everything at the very beginning, but what can you do when the helps is missing neurons…no spills from the Genius Bar…it’s all down hill STEVE…I am sure I don’t speak for just myself…the standards have gone down….

My iPhone X froze. Couldn’t shut it off to reset as I normally do. Took it to my phone carrier’s store & they pitched hard to sell me a new phone. They recommended to upgrade it. Just as second thought took it to Apple Store in New Haven. Logan at the Genius Bar unfroze it, ran some diagnostics & said my phone is fine. Despite that I wanted to look into an upgraded model. Sales gentleman Howard looked my phone said unless I’m looking for a better camera my phone is fine. Such honest services & recommendations. These guys are true class acts!
