if I can give Natan 100 stars I would! Exactly 1 month after the AppleCare ended on my MacBook M1 Pro, my cat spilled a vase of flowers on it and I ended up with water damaged. Apple didn’t even want to attempt to fix it. The computer was just over a year old but they said they wouldn’t repair it; they would just replace the entire inside of the computer and if I wanted my data, I would have to pay a specialist on top first to retrieve it and it wasn’t even guaranteed. Because I was basically getting the insides a new laptop, it was going to cost almost $2k combined for the replacement/ data retrieval and possibly weeks without my work laptop. I’m so SO happy I listened to my instincts and looked for a 2nd opinion. Amazing service . I brought my laptop to be repaired after the hinge broke. Natan was so assuring that this can be fixed.
