Fast and great service, the Rep/Tech Ryan M was thorough and thoughtful. He explained the issue to my less than tech savvy father in a way that was both understandable and direct. Their pricing was the best in town, after being quoted from other shops higher prices, this shop went out of their way to make sure it wasn’t an expensive problem. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their phone repaired. 10/10 would use their services again.

But your response proves that you are not putting your bottom line over your customers, as I assumed. They forced me to pay a week AFTER they were telling me they had a lifetime warranty that would be on them in the event of a faulty part. The part went out within 7 days and I read the receipt after paying and it says “will be replaced for free.” This company is willing to lie and won’t stand on their word. The manager, Tom I believe, sat there and bold faced lied to me.
