I am a Louisiana resident out of town. My phone went out and had a lot of trouble finding someone to help. Thank God I found this company because they were unbelievable! Getting everything restored on my phone was not easy, but he did not give up until it was done. I own a business so I needed all the information on my phone so he was literally a lifesaver. Great store with shoes and accessories. Very friendly staff! if you need anything done with your phone, I promise you this is the place to go.
I’ve come to this shop to get help repairing my android phone on 3 occasions and every time I left very happy with their friendly professional and speedy service, very knowledgeable and highly recommended repair shop! Very courteous and great customer service! Overall I don’t have any complaints other than my passcode to open my computer wasn’t the same as it was before. I ended up locking myself out a few times (last time was for an hour) before I just ended up just changing it.
