first and last time i’ll be using this company. took my phone in to remedy a swollen battery. was promised it was gonna go through a checklist of integrity checks including waterproof standards. when i got my phone back, which had a fast turnaround time, it had cracks all around the phone. obviously it was not going to survive any water splashes, even less submerging in water. even the temporary silicone residue from my quick fix to use the phone was left on and wasn’t scraped off before they affixed the repair kit. and now there’s fibers of some sort wedged under the camera lenses indicating the tech hastily set aside parts willy nilly while repairing. we all know dust and electronics don’t marry well. and at checkout, they were hesitant to show or return to me the defective battery as requested. so now im not sure if they even put a new battery inside or if they just left in the old one, pretty fishy to me. in the end they were able to get a satisfactory job, but it took quite a bit of discomfort to get it done to my standard

I brought my Z fold in for a screen protector change. Even with an appointment, they needed 2-4 hours. Kind of a pain but I found something to do in the area and figured they would do a good job. 2 days later, my screen protector is coming off. I called to have them fix it, still told me I’d have to sit there for 2-4 hours. You can’t tell me it take 2-4 hours to do a job you charge $25 for. I feel like if you mess up the job the least you could do is fix it in a reasonable time so I don’t have to waste half of another day driving out and waiting 2-4 hours that they quote. The robotic answer of, “That’s what we quote for this job” is very aggravating. You don’t make money charging $6-$12 per hour. Minimum wage is higher than that and you have to pay rent, electric, etc.

Verizon offered this place from my insurance clame for broken screen. While in the shop, I also bought a screen protector and new case since the old case failed to do its job. Also while in the shop, someone started to get an attitude with the staff and the employee handled it well. People just need learn they can only give you accurate information if you provide them your details accurately as well smartphones are sensitive things and if it breaks while getting service it could simply be your phone wasn’t durable enough to handle the service.
