Very poor service. I took my Z fold 3 phone in (1 months old) or a screen protector. They had issues, pushed hard to get bubbles out and broke my screen. They basically said well nothing we can do. Very disappointed and I wouldn’t go there. Do not go here, they make excuses for not paying. Thank fully It was still under warranty because.it.was.brand ne Zfold 3. What he said below wasn’t true. Phone had no issues until they tried to put screen protector on. They couldn’t even put the.protector on because they didn’t know how. 2 of their staff tried. If you go there and something happens, they make excuse it wasn’t their fault. I give a zero star

Husband stop by to get a screen protector on his phone. Phone was working perfectly nothing wrong with it, we wait 10 min while they are placing a screen protector, they motion us over and tell us their employee notice something wrong with the screen. So they put the screen protector on, they take it off and tell us the screen is malfunctioning. We mention that the phone was working perfectly and nothing was wrong with it. Now after they mess with it, the screen is malfunctioning. According to them they are professionals, they refused to acknowledge accountability for damaging the phone.

I had an old Google phone, Pixel 3a, that none of the other cell phone stores wanted to touch because it was an older model and quite frankly there was no money in it for them. But Alex at Cellphone house was willing to understand my situation and he accepted a humble repair of my old phone. He was fair, transparent and responded quickly and professionally. He let me practice my Spanish with him too. This place has a nice small-business family-feel and I highly recommend this Cellphone House over the other bigger cell phone shops.
