WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you go on “Hold” for geek squad your device will become obsolete before they answer. I’m 80 years old and have to drive across town to get an appointment to have them come back on a house call.
Rude has had to go there 4 times and everytime I come home to another problem they caused. And for the love of god do not bring you vr’s to them you will get back and dirty barely working vr
Very helpful, polite, friendly, professional. Thorough quality work with explanation. They are our go to.
