My one star is based on the experience and process alone. I was quoted THREE different prices (IN-STORE). Not to mention quoted the third price after I had already paid the deposit for the second quoted price. While the representatives for pleasant and courteous (also apologetic for the inconvenience) I decided to go else where based on the experience. They did explain that something with the system was new or something like that and that was causing all of the mix ups. However, it was just easier for me and gave me a piece of mind to go somewhere else.

Every time I have a need to repair my kids phone, this is my go-to place. They guys here are awesome at repairing and explaining the problems to you. David made update calls to me about the repair status which I thought was a great gesture. The repair process was not long for all that had to be done. I think I need to put in a standing order for my kids iPhones!

Just had my Samsung repaired. I did see that it was a generic screen, but figured it was just to save me money. $150 and my screen doesn’t look, feel or work the same. Maybe they’re just better with apple products. I was so excited to get my phone only to be disappointed. Great customer service! But the screen is terrible. Highly dissatisfied.
