Great service! You can tell they care about your electronic needs, regardless of what you’re going to pay. I came in with something stuck in my charger port, and he fixed it and helped me so quickly. They made me feel like I was valuable and important. Seems dramatic for a phone store, but hard to come by good customer service now a days.
Wow! I’d give more stars if I could. Dez is knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. He was able to fix my phone quickly and efficiently. In addition, I’ve used this store for many years and had consistently superb service. If you need help with your phone, this is the place.
Went in to get my phone checked out because it wasn’t charging properly and they got it fixed in under twenty minutes. I want to especially shout-out Dez who was super nice and very helpful! Would very much recommend and would go back here again for any other iPhone issues.
