Best Buy in Findlay | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

My phone was not working right and a very knowledgeable young man offered to fix it at no charge. It wasn’t even a Best Buy product! He did offer there annual service which at this time I was not in the market for, but might consider it in the very near future and I hope he gets some sort of credit for it! Kudos to Best Buy Findlay, Ohio! Keep it up and you might just be one of the retail chains that stays in Business! ESPECIALLY during this post covid, high inflation economy we all are impacted by ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

I was in the store on March 25,2024. I had an appointment with the Geek Squad at 4:40p.m. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name.
I Think Clayton , but not sure. He was able to fix my problem with my laptop and answered any questions I had. He was very polite and helpful. If from you records you can figure out who he was, please thank him again for his great customer service.

I’ve been to a bunch of Best Buy stores in different states but this location in Findlay Ohio was the friendliest in my opinion! We went there while camping at Huggy Bear in August, to buy a Starlink Satellite which was half price at Best Buy! The clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted at the door by another friendly face. Awesome experience!
