Just the fact that Dan was willing to talk with me about the replacement of my iPad’s screen and confirm some questions I had about it was worthy of a 5-Star review. It’s always great when real people have real conversations with potential customers, and give you honest opinions.

Dan was also willing to keep the doors open for me because sometimes life gets in the way of our electronics repair, and being able to slip in after hours is great service.

I was having a problem hearing and being heard on my iPhone and took it to inspector gadget of flagstaff to see what he could do to fix it. It took Dan less than 10 minutes to find the problem (which was large amount of dirt in both the microphone to ear and talk). Once he cleaned it the sound back and real clear, it was wonderful. He knows a lot about phones and he gets right to the problem and fixes it. I would recommend this business anytime over the other companies, at least if you want it done right with a reasonable fee.

He then pointed out that the screensaver that the guy at the mall sold me was incorrect and covered the ear speaker and trapped debris. No wonder I couldn’t hear the conversations. He ordered the correct screen protector and installed it. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I would highly recommend this place for professional service and quality products.
