My phone camera has been broken for a while. The pics taken were just dark, blurry and lack of focus. I wasn’t sure if it was bad until I couldn’t take pics of the solar eclipse. Thought about changing the phone but it’s good otherwise. Called around a few places and JJ’s was the most reasonable. He also identified the problem right away from my description. I had to pay in advance before he ordered parts, but after that it was a smooth ride. Phone repairs took a while and I was able to stay there and get some work done on my laptop. Camera works well after the repairs!

I have interacted with him twice, so this review is probably one of the most accurate you will see. If he can’t do the repair, he will just stop replying. I have inquired twice about a battery replacement, today and about a month ago, and he wasted my time both times by just ghosting me. I am sure he is capable when he feels like it, but I have a feeling that this happens pretty often, given I have interacted with him more than once. Most people when they are ignored probably move on, but I think that deprives him of the bad reviews he deserves.

I have used him whenever my phone has broke on me. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He is very flexible with scheduling and finding a time for you to come in. My favorite part about his services is its very simple, just drop your phone off and come back in an hour. It’s easy to fit in the day and the location is very convenient. Can’t recommend him enough
