Took our ps4 here recently and was told it be ready in a week. We ended up waiting for a month and also charged an extra $40 on top of $120 to have it worked on. The guy was very disrespectful and unorganized, claiming their was no spring in our disc drive. We knew our console had no loose spring in it, just needed our eject sensor replaced instead he loses parts and expect us to pay for it. Worse place to take your consoles here!

I respectfully gave him a new sensor to use because we didn’t need it and this is how he treated us in the end.

This place is a rip off, they dont have the equipment or technical people working. They are very unprofessional, dont answer their phones or tell you what is wrong with your devices. I had an I pad that needed a new screen and now its three weeks later and I was referred to albuquerque because they did not have the right equipment. I paid 120 up front and now they will only refund me 60 in four days when they have the money? Please shut down and dont bring your devices here, take them to albuquerque.

Jay XBox is doing a good service in fixing personal computers. I know because he reconstructed my two computers with crashed harddrives. He was able to recover my data, and the best part is I can call him and we can connected via the internet for updates or repairs. Great guy, Navajo in law from oak springs. Janii
