10 out of ten would not recommend, my friend went there at about October the 10th to get it fixed about two weeks later the screen literally fell out, hadn’t dropped it or anything, she went up there and thought they would fix it for free but since it had something to do with internal breakage they charged her and she stupidly payed almost 200 dollars to get it fixed it again. As of today all of a sudden the screen is messed up from the inside, will not be going again not even going to try and get fixed for the third time there. (As seen in photos below it’s internally cracked at the top big fat white/black line is not suppose to be there how we don’t know she hasn’t dropped it or anything) also my friend aka the lady who got her phone fixed name was Jasmine Perez

Used this location a couple of times. Had a small piece of charger break off. Charged me to remove. Literally took 3 sec. Another location didn’t charge me anything. Bought a screen protector with a warranty at another one of their locations when I was out of town. Told me to just save the receipt to replace. Went today to replace and I was told I had to have the screen. The other location didn’t tell me that, only to save my receipt. Definitely will not use this location again.

We made our appt to repair our son’s screen and the customer service started before we even arrived, they were out of stock on our he phone screen but notified us and told us when to drop off (no appt and was next day). Our product was repaired and ready in less than 2 hours. All of this wonderful service and days before Christmas…
