Walked in after having a cracked screen with black ink looking splatter (iPhone 11) for the past 3 months and not being able to see half my screen. David was informative and made the process a breeze. I left my phone with them for about 2 hours and just picked it up. I feel like I have a brand new phone!! So thankful I chose ubreakifix by Asurion. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
My insurance claim was put in wrong when I called it in and Thiago was so helpful and kind while helping sort it out and correct it. My phone was repaired in less time than was quoted (only about an hour) and America was so friendly when I came back to pick it up. Great customer service.
