Brought my laptop to fix the screen during the beginning of the pandemic. Received it nearly 3 months later with files downloaded on it with family photos, applications, and other personal files, I am assuming of a staff member as I had entered my password in front of them to show them the problem with my screen. While they said they were waiting for the parts to fix my computer, they were really using my laptop for their own personal use for months while I needed it for remote classes. Completely unprofessional, go literally anywhere else!

They don’t fix it all. And they don’t follow through with good customer service. They took my son’s ps5 and a $50 plus tax deposit…didn’t keep us updated ( I had to call after 3 days, wait again over a weekend, call on a Monday, go back in person because I couldn’t understand on the phine).
Bottom line -after 10 days- the PS5 was NOT fixed and I got no receipt or explanation of what had been tried, no advice on how to pursue getting it fixed and no…no money back for a 16-year old trying to pay his own way for his video game

Well I’m not gonna lie, before going to them I read all their reviews and quite a few of them weren’t good, which was enough to deter me from going. But they were the only ones who repair my phone so I didn’t have a choice. But end results were pretty good and they must have put a fingerprint resistant screen on it or something because it’s been a a couple weeks molesting this phone and there’s not even so much as a streak on it. And best of all, the phone works, which is all I can really ask for in the end.
