I don’t get it! Why would you replace the screen and not tell me that I couldn’t key anything in? I get the phone back after the repair and go home. Like a idiot I didn’t check to see if it was working. I try it when I got home and no response to me touching the screen. I go back and get told this, that and the other thing and they’ll take a look at it. 1 hour later come back and I get the next explanation of the chip and defects bla bla bla. Ok so with all that being said why didn’t anyone call me. Before replacing the screen. If the phone won’t work with a new screen then what use is it. They refunded my money and were very polite.
5 times I had go there today. When we could have done it all in 2. Could of, should have done better job informing customer of what’s going on.

Couldn’t have been more happy with them. Took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced – cheaper than going to Apple, done professionally, and in a very timely fashion. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind!

Later in the week, my phone screen happened to be cracked when I pulled it out of my pocket. Gave them a call, and Daniel said to come on in. He replaced the screen for no charge, in just 20 minutes, and threw in a screen protector along with it. Looks great and functions perfectly!

I would highly recommend going here with any issues with your phone, as they are very knowledgeable and professional!

The owner and the workers there are kind people and display great customer service. I did experience trouble the first time with the battery having issues. Although despite that issue, Doug contacted me and claimed he would have the issue fixed. In which he did, in a friendly and professional manner. Although it was inconvenient to go to the store again, I did appreciate the help he offered. I am pleased with my experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone reading this.
