I’ve bought 4 tvs from Best Buy over the years and the one time we get one delivered it shows up damaged and the “manager” proceeded to blame the damage on me. The box was damaged from the beginning and the screen wasn’t cracked until I turned on the tv is when I saw the damage. The “manager” then proceeded to say that because there are hand prints on the tv that it was a red flag for him. If I would’ve mishandled my tv i would’ve owned up to it and even more than willing to pay a difference for the damage i caused. But that wasn’t the case. I didn’t want my money back just needed a replacement. They were very disrespectful. Very poor customer service.

A couple of months ago I was looking for a new laptop computer. I thought I would get another Lenovo or Dell. After talking to Gary, one of the advisors, he found a last year’s model Hewlett-Packard that is just as good and for a couple of hundred dollars less! I am very happy with it as it has been working great for me.

I now just went in to look for a tablet and thankfully Gary was there to help me again and picked out a Samsung A8.

Whenever I need to get something from Best Buy, I am asking for Gary
