Dan is truly the MAN when it comes to having the right work done on your electronic gear. I had an unexpected shut down on my older laptop the first week in a new position which was horrifying. Lucky for me, I had bought a new laptop a few years ago in waiting, but never did the transfer of files, etc. Dan was able to go into my old Dell and save the info on the hard drive, effortlessly transfer the info to my new laptop, nuke all the unnecessary things in my new computer, and get me going in a matter of no time. Plus, he discovered I had a bad battery in the new one…ordered the right one and got that for me at a latter date and installed it. Couldn’t be happier with his service and applied know-how, and above all, putting the customer first.

Folks, when it comes to his knowledge, ability to show you what he did and what you need to do, service, and affordability, it does NOT get any better than this! I would gladly recommend him to anyone, especially to business people like myself.

I reached out to Dan with a problem regarding my gaming PC. He informed me he was quite booked, but still took the time to not only hear what my issue was, but also offer solution involving a thankfully inexpensive part. He even sent me a link to order the part and explained how to use it. I admittedly had my doubts, but the part arrived and did exactly as I had hoped and was simple to install.

Had I gone somewhere else, I can only imagine what it may have cost, or how long it may have taken. Although my interaction with Dan was quite brief, it couldn’t have gone any smoother and I greatly appreciate the time he took to help me.
