The Computer Doctor does an excellent job. I give him an A plus and my computer only had 8% battery life when I gave it to him. I went to Apple because my computer will not charge and the Tech also tried a computer charger (adapter) in different outlets. Also, the Apple Tech ran some tests and told me to purchase a new laptop because mines is not worth putting any money into because my MacBook Air Laptop will be obsolete this year or next bc it is 9 years old and have someone to retrieve the data off my old MacBook. The Computer Doctor retrieved my data, organize my pictures and document files that were saved on my desktop along with downloads, etc, and saved my 9 year old laptop by just pushing in the part that was loose. One click, and thats’s all from the Computer Doctor. He gave me back my MacBook Air and it was @ 100% and still working. If I have any problems in the future and I will give references for him to fix any computer issues bc he’s an honest, dependable, professional, reliable person and had my computer in my hand within a couple of days. Jeremy is truly a Computer Doctor and a life saver and his charges for repairs are reasonable.

Jeremy is super knowledgeable about practically all computers and is extremely fair priced! We met at a neutral location in Hattiesburg, and he explained to me in detail what the issue was, took it back to his shop, sent me pictures of my computer over text message, and checked in with me on multiple occasions of the progress of the job! Super super professional yet down-to-earth. I felt super comfortable and confident in his abilities within the first 10 minutes of meeting him! He is officially my go-to guy with technology from now on. Currently writing this review on my fixed computer!

I’m a journalist who went into panic after realizing damage to my Macbook Pro. It was Sunday and I needed access to an interview file on my cpu in order to finish a feature story. I contacted the Computer Doctor, after reading these amazing reviews online. Jeremy met me on Labor Day to pick up my Macbook and assess the damage. He had it fixed by Friday, despite the excessive liquid damage. We almost didn’t make it, but he got it done! I’ll spend the weekend catching up, but won’t complain about it. Would recommend!
