Robin upgraded my 2009 Macbook Pro and I now absolutely LOVE my new old computer! His recommendations, knowledge and abilities are top notch, but what is really exceptional is that he took the time to explain the upgrades to me, along with some operating tips. My only regret is that I didn’t take my laptop to him sooner ~

I highly recommend Robin Ray of Mac Ace. He listened to my concerns and instead of throwing away my 9 year old Mac he promptly recommended a simple memory upgrade and install of the proper operating system. This at a fraction of the cost of a new computer.

While I was on a trip, my laptop had issues and did not start. Robin had extensive knowledge in computer and was very patient and kind to help me until all the problems were solved. His fee is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend him should you have any MAC or PC problems. Just leave it to him. He will do a great job. Thank you Robin!
