Stop responding to my issues. I spoke to Adam regarding the issue of the attached screen and although he tried to assist me and I tightened the screw, the screen was not working properly. This is not my first time fixing my computer. I have been calling them all day yesterday 3/15 and today 3/16/21, but no one answered me and their voicemail is full. In addition to the issues from missing items and product not working, now I have a deficient product that I have to place something underneath to keep it up and I have to buy the missing cable so I can use the product. I called their main line, Adam’s direct line but no one is answering me. I was about to cancel my previous review on Amazon but I am leaving it since the responses were unsatisfactory. I am willing to give them another chance and remove this post if they contact me today and fix this issue. Otherwise, as I left them a final test, this review on Google and the one on Amazon stay put!

Purchased a computer online from this business advertised with a external hard drive witch I didn’t get a dual memory card that was supposed to be installed but wasnt and it was supposed to be ready to use it wasn’t it was supposed to come with recovery CD didn’t advertised with WiFi it had an USB WiFi didn’t say that in add. I bought a refurbished computer from USTRG. We had a couple issues that I think are reasonable for refurbs. I was really impressed how I always got fast and accurate responses from the people in this company. It was very much a no “BS” experience — fast, accurate, fair. I really appreciate that.
