I wish there were 10 stars for this review. I would have given 10 stars to rate Yoda’s service. I have gone to Gadget Guyz to see Yoda for 5 times now: twice I went to get my phone screens repaired, and the other three times were because my phones wouldn’t turn on again. Today, I went to take in my phone because when I turned it on- the apple logo will appear then disappear again, but the phone wont restart. I live in Kapolei and I am too lazy to drive far to Waikiki to see Yoda. So, I took it to TechArmor here at the new mall in Kapolei/Ewa. My heart broke when the guy there said that the motherboard to my phone no longer works, so he wont be able to fix it either. He asked if I agreed to have him do a hard reset on my phone, meaning all the data in my phone will be lost, and he isnt sure that the hard reset will get my phone up and working again. I left there heartbroken that I was going to lose all the data in my phone. So, I waited till the weekend to see Yoda. I knew this is something Yoda would be able to fix. & What do you know? I was right! He fixed my phone under 15 minutes, charged me $45 (really great price) for the repair, and now my phone is up and running again as if it wasn’t dead the past week! Thank God for Yoda. I am definitely going to refer anyone I know with a phone issue to Yoda because not only will they save money on their repairs, but they will leave Yoda’s place with reassurance that the service and repair done on the phone is exceptional! Thank you so much Yoda.

“Yoda” as he’s called has fixed a variety of Android devices for me while charging very little, as these things go. He’s my first stop for any problems with Android devices, particularly problems with USB ports and cracked screens. His being there and charging what he does is what has made me not worry too much about non replaceable batteries (Yoda can replace it!) and I’ve cancelled my phone insurance since, as I added it all up, even though I’ve had a lot of problems and breakage, Yoda could have fixed most of it had I gone through him and it would have cost me less. It’s also faster just to go there, he’s done in a few hours usually or a day at most.

Yoda the owner fixed my PS4’s power supply late last year after I accidentally broke the solder while doing cleaning maintenance. He did it within 2 days, and for less than the quoted estimate because it was easier than expected. THAT is integrity, and I would recommend GG to anyone after my experience here.

PS – Yoda has a dry, funny sense of humor. You just gotta roll with it!
