I took an older notebook computer that was having a sound control issue along with some other problems, and it had a broken screen hinge. The tech at Tech-ER examined the computer, explained to me the source of the problems and then made the repairs the same day. The Tech-ER techs were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
