Went in to have my screen replaced on a Android phone. Got my phone back. My cameras did not work. My microphone and speaker for my phone did not work. That was two weeks ago. I’m still experiencing problems with my phone and have not heard anything from Twin Wireless about trying to get it fixed. They were notified before I left the store that these items were not working and was told not to call them. They would call me. I do not recommend anybody going to this store. Very poor customer service.
I was very satisfied with the customer service. I got my z flip 4 from here for very reasonable price. They have great collection of iPhones and androids. Highly recommend other customers.
Best place to buy your iPhone, android, iPad, tablets and they do fix all kinds of phones for cheap prices. Highly recommended and must visit store in the Indianapolis.
