Do yourself a favor and don’t go there!

They are expensive unprofessional who will sell you bad products with higher prices and likely will damage your device in the process.

First time I dealt with them because of all these 200+ good reviews, they changed iPhone 11 screen and damage the face recognition sensor. They did their best to convince me at the time that this is a probable side effect.

Today I asked them to fix my daughter’s iPhone screen and paid $162. Once I arrived home, there was black spot at the top of the screen (see attached pictures). The phone was sitting next to me on the car passenger seat.. not impacted by anything and not dropped. When I went back to them, they said this is a damage that I am responsible for. The guy refused to fix it. He refused to refund and he offered me a 50% off on a new screen like let’s squeeze more money out of you.

Now I am 100% sure that their reviews are most likely manufactured. I uploaded the receipt so you know that this is a real review and the picture of 1-hour lived screen he sold me with their new screen wrap still on it.

I just read your reply. Your insistence on the screen being damaged by an impact is truly showing how you treat your customers. I told your employee and I told yourself over the phone that nothing has happened to the phone from the store to my way home. If you don’t believe me, I don’t care. Congratulations, you won $162, a bad review, and if you care, you lost a returned customer. Good job!

I had my daughter’s phone battery replace as she was traveling to Europe and I wanted her to have her phone in best condition. They mention that it was original parts and proceed with the replacement. As soon as she got there her front screen fell from the front of the phone. She took to the Apple Store in Spain as they are required to repair there by law. They mention that the battery is too large and cannot be used on her phone actually so large that push the screen out of the phone. The screen cannot be fixed and needed a new screen and a new battery. So we have to get a new phone. I don’t recommend this place because of this.
Update on review. I’m sorry you feel that this was the wrong store. It’s not a mistake and the repair was done under a different name. Instead of being gracious about your mistake maybe reach out to fix or something else. Well maybe too is late for that.

In and out within 5 minutes. Phone wasn’t charging, he got everything cleaned up for me and sent me on my way. Told me this one is on the house and to come back in the future. This is someone who will be getting my business from now on. I definitely recommend him! Professional, courteous, kind, and understanding. Great guy!
