uBreakiFix at Cinco Ranch is an amazing store!!! They can fix your damaged phones and get your phone back to working order like nothing happened. I dropped my phone, no broken screen, but it was bleeding bad, screen was like bleeding blue ink. I thought all my pictures were gone, nothing on the phone worked. Ivan was great! He helped me with my insurance claim and an hour and a half later… I had my phone back good as new. Thank you Ivan!!!!
This is my second time here. Jeremy always takes great care of me! First time I ruined my z fold and needed to replace entire operating system. He found the parts somewhere else, had a team member pick it up and serviced me right away. Today I had some safety feature turned on I couldn’t figure out how to turn off and couldn’t use phone. He fixed it in minutes. I will only come here for my phone needs.
Brought HP laptop in for service.
After 5 days, told it needed a new hard drive and needed to order it. That took 7 more days. They call and say hard drive was not the problem, AND, they cannot fix the laptop.
In addition, they just said hey ” that’s how the cookie crumbles” sometime. They could care less.
13 days…to tell me they still cannot fix it
Really unprofessional, so be warned.
