I’ve been taking my PC into A+ Computer for years, but only when I’ve got severe problems and today was no exception. I’ve built my own PC several times so I kind of know what I’m doing, but building a PC from scratch can be easier than diagnosing a problem.
Today I was Upgrading an old IBM I7 With a new video card and power supply. My problem was that I wasn’t getting a signal on the monitor, which didn’t make any sense with the new video card. So I took it in to A+ Computer and within only a couple minutes Matt diagnosed my problem as a bad motherboard. I received several options to include using my parts in another used computer.
Making that choice pivoted on my purpose, and how it was going to be used. I chose one of three recommended used computers and reusing my C: Drive there was very little software reconfiguration required. I happily walked out of the store with a newer, faster, and inexpensive replacement computer.
Most impressive is Matt’s expertise, knowledge and craftsmanship used to solve my problem, however, not the least of which was the honesty he provided to help make the best choice.

Took my PC over here after receiving a consistent reboot blue screen. Took it to ubreakifix first and they quoted me $60 to diagnose and then an additional $125 to fix the PC, then said they’d need one WEEK to work on it!!?? Took it to A+ computers and for only $100, everything was 100% resolved in less than 3 hours. No more blue screen of death!

All I can is is this place is a lifesaver. My hard drive died on my HP Zbook work laptop and I ran it to A+ on Tuesday afternoon and they had me back up and running the next day. When I dropped it off they took the time to identify the issue and offer me a few options. I could not be happier with the service and result. They definitely have a new customer.
