Scheduled an appointment to have my iPad looked at. Received several messages yesterday and today reminding me of my appointment time today at 6-7 pm, showed up at 6:00 to a note on the door saying they decided to close early today at 4:00. Had they contacted me to let me know that I would rescheduled to a later date with no issues however they didn’t have the courtesy to check there upcoming appointments prior to leaving for the day. I left work early to make this appointment on time, it’s very unfortunate they didn’t have the same respect for my time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The techs I spoke with for diagnosis and for repair were competent, friendly and efficient. I had a swelling laptop battery which I didn’t even know was a thing, but they quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a battery and installed it when it came in. All of this happened during my busy time of year, and they were very willing to advise on the best time to bring it in to get the quickest turnaround. They went above and beyond to get me on my way quickly!
This was my second time using these guys. This time they replaced a broken camera lens on an iPhone 11. The repair was super quick and you can’t even tell that the lens was broken and repaired. The first time they did a great job of replacing the screen on my daughter’s old iPhone 5S. Both phones looked like new and were fully functional afterwards. Reasonable prices, too. Highly recommended!!
