I paid $21 for a phone case for my i phone 11 and $25 to replace the glass. What in the world???????? If I knew in advance I would have ordered a 2 pack of replacement glass on Amazon for $12. Outrageous. The Tech was nice enough, but I cant get past the highway robbery-See update below

UPDATE: The owner responded immediately and I do appreciate that, and I realize that supporting local businesses is paramount to the success of not just the business, but everyone in our community. I also understand that pricing is based on the market and that there will always be a mark up of product to optimize profit. I do still contend that $41 for a phone case cover and glass seems exorbitant, but that’s just my opinion. Will I continue to shop there if I am in the need of something for my phone? Most likely, it will depend on the urgency of the situation and my pocketbook. I have upgraded my initial rating to 4 stars for the quick response and explanation of pricing, and as I originally stated, the gentleman that helped me was very professional and nice.

Phone Repair Techs are fantastic. This is the 3rd time we needed them. My phone was knocked into water. We used rice and dehumidification to dry it out and got it to work again. A day later it went black and would not turn on at all. A phone carrier store could sell us a new phone, but would not be able to transfer everything to the new phone. My husband took my phone to Phone Repair Techs. They had it for about 2 hours when I received a call from them that my phone was repaired and ready for pickup. I was amazed that they not only repaired it, but it so quickly and at a most reasonable price. They are the best. I recommend them 100%.
My only complaint is that I can only give Phone Repair Techs a 5 star rating. They are a 10 in my book. They replaced a screen and battery on my wife’s Galaxy phone about 2 weeks ago. Great job for a great price. This morning my iPhone was dead and would not turn on at all. The owner disassembled it, made the repair and only charged me $25. Who does that? They have a customer for life. He and his brother are very some of the nicest people you will meet. I don’t normally write reviews, but I recommend them 100%.
