Cracked phone screen repair was done pretty quick after a small setback when I first brought the phone in. I put the phone (S23 Ultra) in maintenance mode so that I didn’t have to provide my passcode to the technician. I got this recommendation from my insurance carrier, not the UbreakIfix store. This should be a standard conversation to any potential phone customers prior to bringing the phone in for repairs. I also had to return to the store after dropping my phone off to turn off the autoblocker feature in the security settings. I was not made aware of this either, and the phone call from the store, where I was informed of this requirement, it was again asked if I wanted to provide my passcode or drive down and change the setting. I chose to drive down, as I feel my passcode should not be shared with anyone. This requirement should also be part of a standard discussion with any potential phone customers, prior to dropoff, so that the phone can be fixed without revealing more personal information than necessary. All that being said, I am happy with the repair so far! The front desk representative was welcoming and professional. The actual repair, once started took approximately 3 hours, minimizing the time I was without my phone. I would recommend the North Las Vegas UBreakIFix store without any reservations as the work was quick and, so far, it seems to be done perfectly.

UPDATE. This location is still the greatest. I purchased the electronics insurance and the policy works exactly how they described it to me. Alex has been helpful every time I came in for some services and explains everything in great detail which has been the most pleasant experience I can think of ( especially involving insurance). 10/10 Should use the services for the low monthly cost and this location for the 10/10 service they provide.
Very helpful and fast service. Good vibes when entering this establishment. Answered all my questions and fixed my hijo’s Nintendo switch in a week. Will go here again for my electronic problems and needs.

I got my old phone stolen so I had to use my iPhone 8 Plus from 3 years ago the last I used it, and I cracked it so bad I thought I could never fix it but me and my boyfriend brought it in to this place and Alex was the man that was helping us he was able to fix my screen within 35 mins and my phone works great. He is amazing even when you’re stressed about a phone he will put a smile on your face and I just went to go eat and came back my phone is in perfect condition. I would definitely suggest this place on Craig road, and ask for Alex he will put your mind at ease. Thank you for helping out. AND he put a screen protector on it as well 🙂
