Cannot express how disappointed in them I am right now. My work computer went down Thursday night. I called them Friday and was very clear with them about my needs. The guy that answered told me multiple times that the board I needed was a normal stock item and the repair could be made that day or at worst within 24 hours. I made an appointment for 420 today. Walked in and handed a kid my computer, told him my story, and he told me they font do in store repairs and they just send it to their service center with a 2 to 3 week minimum. Needless to say they have a very upset former customer. Good communication and upfront honesty is all I ask, definitely not what I recieved.

My computer broke and couldn’t be repaired so they replaced it. During the diagnosing and repair attempts not only did I get email notifications, I also got phone calls with updates on the status of my old computer. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in setting up my new computer and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left.

Will never purchase a phone or shop best buy again. Bought a phone, paid for insurance for over 2 years, had an appointment drove over an hour to get phone fixed, geek squad “umm we dont replace screens, but it looks like your insurance expired, so the only thing you can do is either go somewhere and have it fixed, or buy a new phone.” Yet they are still taking the monthly payment out of my account?
