Going to geek squad for an Apple iPhone repair is a complete waste of time. I made an appointment five days prior to going. The online questionnaire asked what type of phone I had which I entered. I also stayed I just needed a replacement battery in the notes. I get a call the morning of my appointment from geek squad asking what type of phone I have since they might not have the part in stock. I called the number right back and got voicemail. I left the information on the voicemail. No call back. I drive 25 minutes to the store and arrive at my appointment. I was told they have no information on what type of phone I have when they look in their system. They also said they rarely have parts/batteries in stock for IPhones. The geek squad employee said he was too busy to listen to my returned message regarding what type of phone I had. I get there and they don’t have the battery in stock and I was told to go the Apple Store in Freehold. What’s the point of making an appointment five days prior, filling out the questionnaire on what type of phone I have and what is needed if they don’t pass this information onto their employees. Total waste of time and flawed business practices. Never again.
Ordered lg gas wash tower with steam dryer, 3 diffrent attempts to deliver and set up , well just can’t believe it damaged here I thought 3 times was a charm I’m mistaken,,, poor customer support no clue as to what is really going on and they are all pleasant but have no answers and no one calls back to rectify,, go in to store and they can’t give you a straight answer as there is no one to call and you are told as soon as the individual replies to “Emails ” really a very frustrating experience, oh you need to prepare to get merchandise and I’ve done 3times and still no call backs or product…I say it’s really not worth time and energy because of left hand really does not what the right hand is doing no accountability from any one just alot of cheap talk and not urgency …. extremely disappointed..
Best buy and the geek squad service claim to be Samsung certified, however after buying my Samsung phone at best buy, and then using the geek squad service to make an appointment to have this phone’s screen fixed, which was selectable in the geek squad appointment wizard, after waiting 5 days, I got turned away at the counter with the claim that they cannot fix Samsung screens.
