I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I called about my son’s broken iPhone screen. A LIVE person answered the phone. Ray answered my questions and provided information helpful to me. I brought the phone in and was greeted promptly. The service and fees were reviewed and after I authorized the work I sat in the waiting area and waited until the repair was done as quoted. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes. The phone is like new. These guys are very professional.

Needed a screen fix for a surface pro 6. Raynerd, the guy in the front, was helpful, knowledgeable, and gives great service, called me right away when the parts came in and when it was ready a couple hours after I dropped off the laptop. Works perfectly and was cheaper than the quote from Microsoft directly. Hopefully I don’t break it again but if I do this is the go to spot.
