Daughter’s phone screen cracked, she paid $140 to repair a 5 yr old iPhone. It’s now 1 week later and the screen is falling out. When she brought it back, the service representative advised her it’s because of the original damage. They advised her they could fix it again and she would be charged again. She said no and left to call me.
Edited update: my daughter went back, they offered to fix the screen no charge and advised her it was probably the frame itself and that would cost another 150ish (?) to fix. She advised them to fix the screen only. When she picked it back up, the 2nd representative confirmed it was the screen that they’d replaced as the issue. I appreciate them correcting their mistake but still take issue with how my daughter was spoken to as if the issue was her fault & attempted to get another payment. The entire conversation came across as the 1st rep speaking down to her be it because of her age or gender.

I needed the charging port cleaned out on my son’s iPhone. I was helped immediately when I came in, the repair was done quickly and the customer service was great as well.
I purchased a screen protector while there. They are more expensive than you can get online, but it was installed perfectly, and comes with an excellent replacement warranty. I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone with cell phone issues!

Excellent and fast service, I always use the Warner Robins CPR location but I was in and out before they closed on a Saturday for a screen protector for my daughter’s iphone. I like the location and I will definitely come back. The lady that helped me was really knowledgeable and friendly. A+ service
