I am a very happy man after getting help from Lauren fixing my iPhone 13pro’s charging port. She was very knowledgeable, swift in her service, friendly, and I appreciate not being taken advantage of in this situation as I feel like anyone could charge whatever price they want for something like this, so grateful for Lauren and iKrack today and wish I came in sooner. I will not hesitate to come back with my next repair/service.
Went in 08/16/2024 around 11. Lauren helped me. My outdated iPhone decided to stop charging. Lauren was able to clean out the charging port and get it back to working. Saved me lots of money rather than having to get a new phone. Any other issues and I’m going back. Seriously recommend this place for electronic repairs.
I called first and spoke to Lauren about getting my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen fixed just to price out the repair. She was extremely helpful and had the parts I needed for my iphone to get repaired. It took less than an hour for her to repair the phone. Great experience & my phone works great now!
