Went to the Apple Store earlier this afternoon and received the best customer service. It took long because I wanted a new phone and laptop. The Apple employees were able to educate and update me on the latest Apple gear since I have no clue what’s going on with technology today. Natalie and I think a guy named Bryan/Ryan helped us. Another girl with head wrap helped us find the perfect phone and laptop. The other two helped me set up my phone and laptop. This was so much easier compared to if I had done it alone. THANK YOU!

Came to get my iPhone 14+ replaced and this bone skinny, Hispanic looking guy with dark glasses was recommended to me and my fiance. I couldn’t remember my Apple ID pw so he recommended that I reset it. Mind you the new update does this security thing that takes up to an hour. He said that after the hour that we could come back and he’d have my phone replaced. We came back before the hour (8:40PM) and the guy WASNT EVEN THERE. We were approached by a heavy set Hispanic guy (no offense, for the sake of description) and he said that 1) they do not replace iPhones with warranty. They just fix the screens but keep them overnight and will be ready for pickup the following morning. The previous guy did not tell us any of this. He didn’t even stick around for the time that he said he would to help us. HE JUST COMPLETELY VANISHED. This location has disappointed me to the point of not returning. The first guy approached us with pure confidence and lied to me and my fiance’s faces. I cannot spend my hard earned money at a place that won’t take the time to hire honest and trustworthy people.

If you say you’ll be around to help me and that you’ll replace my phone, I expect you to do just that. I do not like to played and thrown through hoops for basic service. You do not have to worry about seeing me or my money again.

I walked in here to pick up my work laptop for my new job, as the new company sent it here for me to scoop. Woooooooo. New Job. Yayyyyy. Tech Sales, Woooooo!

It took about 5 minutes for me to get it and get out of there, but in that time I seen the new VR headset thingy they have. I tried to put it on and take it for a little test ride, but they ran over and said I had to schedule an appointment.

I was lowkey annoyed but then took self inventory and realized it’s probably for the best as they don’t want everyone trying that thing on lol. It has to be such a small pool of people that can afford it. $3500 is NASTY work.

I just never see myself wearing a headset like that for any reason. I like the world I live in currently… Well I wish I had a job I actually liked instead of climbing the tech sales ladder, but here we are. You ever feel like you’re meant for more than selling software…? Well at least this company uses Macs.

I’m really shy so I always love how Apple stores have people greeting you right when you walk in, and they leave you alone if you just want to browse. Steve Jobs was up to somethin…

Went in to purchase a iPad but wasn’t sure which one. Michael Hawkins assisted me and let me tell you he was outstanding. From asking the right questions to find out what my main use would be for so he could recommend the right iPad. To him really answering all my million questions and being so patient and accommodating. I had to switch payments last minute and he was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This guy truly deserves a raise and a promotion.
