If I could give the guys who do the installs and repair work, I’d give this business a full 5 stars. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and do EXCELLENT work. I can’t say enough about them. The business owner is terrible to deal with though. It’s been my experience that he will nickel and dime you to death, on top of over-charging for the parts they purchase to accomplish the job. Make sure you get an itemized estimate BEFORE you agree to a job (including the cost of parts) and ask if there is an additional charge for anything he says he himself is going to do (after the estimate is accepted), before agreeing to it. Also, he does not do the work, so if he tells you something involving installation or repair, take it with a grain of salt and ask one of the service guys who does do the work. Would I hire Team again? Maybe – as long as I can deal directly with a member of the service/installation team ONLY and get an itemized quote.

We have been trying to find a company that would sell and install an antenna that would capture all of the Green Bay stations for 4 years since we moved to Manitowoc. NO COMPANY would offer us the service. I checked with another company here in Manitowoc that might have been able to do this and was steered to Team Electronics. I called on July 27th 2021 and they set up for an install on 29th. The installers came and completed the installation in a couple of hours. We now have 32 channels and none of them are bitmapping. So nice to have all the major channels and PBS. We now have great free TV. No cable or satellite contracts or monthly charges. Not cheap but it works great. Recommend their service for anyone that wants to cut the cable.

Very poor customer service. I was parked in their parking lot (no assigned parking areas) when a very aggressive woman came to my car. Knocked in my window and started screaming at me, stating “YOU ARE PARKED IN MY PARKING SPOT. I WORK HERE.”. Well, the parking lot is public parking lot. Many businesses are located in the same area. The lady was very rude and she could have talked nicely. There were parking spots a lot closer to the Team Electronics building. I think she just wanted to be mean. Well, she lost a customer and many more. I will NEVER shop at Team Electronics and as a business owner myself I will NEVER recommend Team Electronics to anyone I know.
