Durrell asked me some questions to understand what I needed, and he
was extremely patient with me in explaining about all the different
processors, brands, and quality comparison from one brand to another.
I know nothing about buying computers, so this was very helpful for me
in choosing one that met my needs. He found one in the store’s
inventory that matched what I was looking for, and he even helped me
get it set up. Awesome customer service, a great computer, and an
amazing deal. I have a coworker who’s also looking for a home
computer, and I told him he should go to Trader Electronics as well.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees helped me find exactly what I needed really quickly. It was something I had to have that day, so I figured I’d be paying a premium to get it at a physical store instead of online, but the price was actually lower than Amazon’s! I didn’t have time to browse, but looked like they had a lot of really interesting things. Great little store.
