WONDERFUL experience. cracked my phone screen to the point of being unusable, but all the employees I interacted with were amazing and made a very stressful experience much better. they were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. i would absolutely recommend uBreakiFix to anyone and will be coming back for any future tech issues!!

i originally went to the McKnight road location as it was closest to me, but they unfortunately didn’t have a screen for my phone. regardless the employees were so nice and apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault) and helped me run through other options. decided to go to the cranberry location next and despite being consistently busy, they remained so nice and helpful to everyone. they were apologetic for taking longer than planned due to being busy (again, not their fault) and were still able to get my phone screen replaced within a few hours!! so so happy i trusted them with my phone

I took my Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra in to have the screen replaced. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful through the whole experience. I picked my phone up and a couple hours later realized that I couldn’t hear the person on the other line when I would receive calls. I called the store back in a panic because it was less than an hour before they closed and I was leaving for a trip the following morning. Chris told me to bring it back and he would try to fix it. He was so patient and understanding and made sure his fix had my stamp of approval before leaving. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated this! Chris was truly a lifesaver that day!

I have a Samsung galaxy flip 5. I had the 3 version for 2+ years, no issue. Unfortunately the 5 broke the screen at the fold within 6 months. But when I went in, Jack looked into the warranty for me and was able to replace the screen within 4 hours of getting my phone. I highly recommend this place if you have issues with any of your devices. Jack is extremely helpful and knows his stuff, I would imagine all their staff is as helpful and professional as Jack was.
